I absolutely love it! My family has been using those graters (in particular, the Acme brand) for generations for their traditional holiday dish, Potato Kugel. My mom swears that modern graters simply cannot achieve the same quality and consistency of grate. What a joy and inspiration to see one so creatively transformed. I'm going to have to make one, featuring a photo of her mother, for a gift!
